Description

SAYING IT WITH FROZEN ROSES AND ICEBERGS

Young witch Tiffany Aching leaps into a dance - and suddenly the spirit of winter is in love with her.

Now she's dancing to his tune, and she can't change the steps.

Unless she can work out how to deal with the Wintersmith, there will never be another springtime . . .

'Oodles of dry wit, imagination and shrewdly observed characters'
Independent on Sunday

The third in a series of Discworld novels starring young witch Tiffany Aching. Now in a brand-new gift hardback edition.

About the Author

Terry Pratchett (Author)
Terry Pratchett was the acclaimed creator of the global bestselling Discworld series, the first of which, The Colour of Magic, was published in 1983. In all, he was the author of over fifty bestselling books which have sold over 100 million copies worldwide. His novels have been widely adapted for stage and screen, and he was the winner of multiple prizes, including the Carnegie Medal. He was awarded a knighthood for services to literature in 2009, although he always wryly maintained that his greatest service to literature was to avoid writing any.

In 2019 he illustrated Good Omens written by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.

Reviews
"Pratchett's one-liners, the comic dialogue of the Feegles, the satire about teenagers and the credulousness of the ordinary folk make for a characteristically entertaining mix." -- Nicolette Jones Sunday Times "Oodles of dry wit, imagination and shrewdly observed characters" Independent on Sunday "Terry Pratchett kicks the bejaysus out of JK Rowling...If you haven't read Pratchett before then give yourself a treat and buy this book." In Dublin "Exuberant energy and humour..." Children's Bookseller "Sure to be as popular with both children and adults as all his other books." Croydon Advertiser

Scifier is a cut above other book…

Scifier is a cut above other book sellers. Each time I've ordered the items were carefully and securely packaged so they were well protected. So many other online sellers skip this most important step. Also I find their prices to be very reasonable. Top notch.
