Description
In a small village, at the foot of Blue Dragon Hill, there is a very special place called the Weather Shop. Here, Mole makes weather for anyone who needs it. When Cat worries about her flowers, Mole makes a rain-shower balloon. When Elephant wants help playing hide-and-seek, Mole bakes fog bread.
Mole has a remedy for each of his friends, but if they don't listen carefully to his instructions, the weather might just surprise them! When some animals have too much fun with snowman spray, the whole village turns white overnight. Mole will have to come to their aid with a magical solution!
With beautifully detailed illustrations and so many animal characters to meet, young readers will return to this delightful story again and again.
A much-loved Korean bestseller, The Weather Shop has been translated into seven languages. This English-language edition is translated by Deborah Smith, International Booker Prize-winning translator of The Vegetarian by Han Kang, and is sure to charm readers who enjoy cosy, characterful worlds in the tradition of Richard Scarry.
