About the Author
Tim Collins is originally from Manchester, but now lives near Oxford. He is the author of over thirty books including Wimpy Vampire, Cosmic Colin, Dorkius Maximus and Sherlock Bones. Great mystery story as Sherlock Bones and his partner Catson try to solve the worrying haunting of a castle. This is so reminiscent in style of actual Sherlock Holmes but with the added fun of the characters being mostly dogs. Sherlock Bones and Catson make a great pairing and what was great about this was every chapter has its own puzzles and mysteries for the reader to solve. * Teacher *

Sherlock Bones and Dr. Carson are hired to investigate a ghost at a kennel (aka castle) in Transylvania. This one was so fun! It was the first of these I've read, but I definitely want to go back and read the other ones! I loved the characters and the story was fun and captivating. * Teacher *
