Ninth Cycle Antarctica: A thriller JC Ryan 9781036700393

A lost civilization in Antarctica. A map that shouldn't exist. And a truth the world isn't ready for.

In November 2002, an elite U.S. Navy SEAL team is sent to Antarctica to rescue a missing film crew. They return empty-handed-except for one thing: mysterious footage of strange artifacts buried deep beneath the ice. Everyone who views the film receives a chilling warning: speak of what you've seen and face the consequences.

More than a decade later, Professor Charles Summers stumbles upon an impossible discovery-a 16th-century map depicting Antarctica's coastline with astonishing accuracy. Even NASA scientists are forced to update their own modern surveys.

But how could such a map exist three centuries before Antarctica was officially discovered? Who created these maps? How did they see Antarctica before it was buried in ice? Could an ancient civilization have once thrived there? But science says Antarctica has been frozen for millions of years...

Determined to uncover the truth, Summers and the Rossler Foundation launch an expedition deep into the icy wilderness. But they're not the only ones searching. The ruthless Orion Society will stop at nothing to ensure the past stays buried.

As the race for history's greatest secret turns deadly, will Summers and his team rewrite history-or will the truth be lost forever beneath the ice?

Ninth Cycle Antarctica is the second thrilling installment in JC Ryan's acclaimed Rossler Foundation Mystery series, blending historical mystery, international conspiracy and pulse-pounding action.
