Reviews
The book is far more than a shoot-em-up modern western and shows that even the natural beauty of wild Wyoming has not been spared the curse of the illicit trade in, and addiction to, prescription drugs * Shots E-Zine *
Readers new to the books of C.J. Box will be charmed enough by this new instalment to seek out his back catalogue. New ones will find this to be one of their better literary discoveries * Shots Magazine *
The wide-open skies of the Wyoming location seem to breed opinionated loudmouths who inevitably complicate the work of the righteous, against whom Joe and Nate's understated expertise and natural abilities show to advantage. This series continues to improve * Crime Review *
