Katie is an English teacher, poet, and now author, with Inexplicable being her debut novel. Always an avid reader, she studied English and American Literature and Film at the University of Kent before going into teaching. When she's not reading or writing, Katie can be found baking, delving into a good TV series, or taking long walks in the woods with her camera. She hopes her writing will allow readers to let go of the realities of life for a short time, put down their phone and pick up their sword.
