About the Author
Born in Tokyo, Matsu studied art and design as an undergraduate before becoming a freelance illustrator. His diverse styles have been featured in the card games Majinbone Data Carddass and Disk Wars: Avengers, and he is also the creator of the comic strip Biohazard the Toon, as well as the author of a number of graphic novels. He is best known for his weekly web series called Illustration Emergency Room 24 Hours on Nico Nico Live, during which viewers watch him bring a drawing to life then make their own attempts at home.
