His firsthand experience of history in motion has long fuelled his passion for understanding how the present has been shaped by the past.
Earlier this year, he published a thought-provoking book on history: The Unwritten Chronicles of Western Civilizations' Greatest Confrontations - An Imaginary Walk through an Alternate History.
