Description
An ancient village legend tells of a Spirit of the Forest, who in times of danger will rise up to defend them.
But a raiding party is drawing closer to Holly's home, spreading flames and terror wherever they go. Holly cannot wait for help to arrive if she is to save her family.
Why does the dark magic that moves in the smoke seem so familiar? Can she fight back? And what does it mean when a wolf pack steps out of the shadows?
A new journey lies ahead - but how can Holly uncover the legend when she's an ordinary girl, and her only companions are bears, bats and a huge grey wolf?
A spellbinding fantasy full of magic and nature, and the howl of running wolves
