Based on the hit YouTube channel StEvEn and Parker, overly imaginative and dino obsessed StEvEn gets into a series of hilarious hijinks at the Orange County Fair and at school, pulling along his responsible older brother Parker for the ride.

Diagnosed with a learning disability (Dyslexia and ADHD), Parker faced significant challenges in school.
