Ireland  Shipping / All orders - €5.00 shipping for ANY AMOUNT OF BOOKS!

EU Shipping:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg,  Netherlands, Poland, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden

All Orders now shipped at a rate of €8.00 per every €125 of books ordered.

Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal & Greece

All Orders now shipped at a rate of €12.00 per every €125 of books ordered

European VAT will apply at checkout for shipments to EU countries to avoid any delays when your goods are shipped to your country.

All other countries including Australia, Canada & the USA

All orders charged by order weight - As a rule if more books are ordered the shipping rate per book will work out cheaper. This is due to the better rates on offer for shipments over 2kg.

New in September 2024 lower shipping rates from SciFier! Much lower rates for larger shipments (2.5kg +) to Australia, Canada, The Middle East & The United States! For the big readers you will find shipping costs per book are much reduced when using this option. Rates auto applied at checkout, to see the savings add a haul to your cart! Savings of up to 75% on shipping costs per copy will be available to some countries when orders are placed in bulk as opposed to one or two book orders.

We can ship to virtually any address in the worldWhen you attempt to place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note, we are unable to deliver to a select few countries.

Import & Export Policies...

Import & Handling Fees for International Orders (Non-IOSS Orders)

Please note that for international package deliveries, there may be applicable import taxes, customs duties, and/or destination country fees, including handling fees. These charges are subject to variability and are typically determined by factors such as the item's value, type, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the destination country's tax and fee structure. The customer assumes responsibility for the payment of these charges, and we cannot ascertain their exact amounts prior to shipment.

Furthermore, it is important to acknowledge that your parcel may undergo customs inspection upon arrival. We maintain no authority over the selection process for parcels subjected to inspection.

Import & Handling Fees for International Orders (IOSS Orders)

We charge vat where applicable in the EU. For IOSS Shipments vat will have been charged at checkout. However, handling fees and courier charges within your local area may still be applicable and are not included in the vat payment. The customer is accountable for settling these fees, and we cannot determine their exact amounts prior to shipping.

Additionally, please note that your parcel may undergo customs inspection. We do not exert control over the selection process for parcels subject to inspection.

Forward Shipping and Third Party Companies

We disclaim any responsibility for delays, lost deliveries, or other issues that may arise if you choose to use a third-party company as a proxy for your order delivery. Our responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your order ends once the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Any subsequent handling, transportation, or redirection of the package by a third-party proxy is beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting complications.

Returns Policies...

You may return most new and used, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exceptions:
Free gifts such as Bookmarks will not be refunded.
Used items cannot be returned/refunded under the guise of damaged items because they appear used.

Damages:
Should a refund, return or replacement be requested due to damage, we will request photos of the damage in question. Using these images, our customer service agents will make a decision on if we deem a replacement or refund is warranted. The decision of the customer service agent is final.

Compensation:
We understand that a returns or replacement process can be lengthy, we do not however financially compensate for the time required for this process to complete.
We do not financially compensate for any external situations or circumstances caused by a refund/return process.
We do not financially compensate for titles arriving late.

Refund Process:
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 to 4 weeks of your return being sent to ourselves by post, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Please note, the returns time period includes:
Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 15 business days).
Processing time once we receive your return (2 to 3 business days).
Processing time for your bank to complete the refund request (3 to 5 business days).

How to Initiate a Return/Replacement:
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return/replace. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
