About the Author
Maggie Allder grew up in Cambridgeshire and studied in Winchester, Richmond (Virginia) and Reading, and taught for 36 years. She is a Quaker and a volunteer for the non-profit 'Human Writes' which befriends prisoners on American death rows through letter writing. She has previously written six other novels.
