Description

From the ashes of one galactic war stirs an ever greater threat in an epic new Kat Falcone series from bestselling author Christopher G. Nuttall. A year ago, the war against the Theocracy ended. But it didn't bring peace. Admiral Kat Falcone was lucky-her side won the war. But without an external threat, Kat's homeworld government, the Commonwealth, begins to burst. The galactic war may be over, but there is a civil war on the horizon. The king and parliament disagree over the Commonwealth's future. The Commonwealth's first recession is plaguing corporations. Hundreds of thousands of people have lost their jobs. And the colonies are demanding their share of power. The Commonwealth has become a ticking time bomb, just waiting to explode. Meanwhile, the Theocracy is making one final, desperate bid for power. As the external threat looms and the internal threat grows ever larger, Kat and William will need to join forces in order to save the Commonwealth. But it may already be too late.

About the Author
Christopher G. Nuttall planned to write science fiction since he first learned to read. Born and raised in Edinburgh, Scotland, he studied history, which inspired him to imagine new worlds and create an alternate-history website. Those imaginings provided a solid base for storytelling and eventually led him to publish more than one hundred works, including novels, short stories, and one novella. Christopher is the author of more than a dozen series, including the bestselling Ark Royal books, as well as the Angel in the Whirlwind, The Royal Sorceress, Bookworm, Schooled in Magic, Twilight of the Gods, and Zero Enigma series. He still resides in Edinburgh with his partner, muse, and critic, Aisha. For more information, visit his blog at www.chrishanger.wordpress.com and his website at www.chrishanger.net.

Absolutely Fantastic

This was my first time ordering from SciFier but it definitely won't be my last. When it comes to buying books online the packaging needs to be good, SciFier were great they used bubble wrap to make sure they arrived perfect. Amazing range of books that majority are lower priced than most book retailers. Wonderful service, I'll definitely be recommending to everyone. Thank you.
