Description

It's time for Oti's dance class! Join Oti in her dance studio and learn "The Bird Jive" in ten easy steps.

There are lots of children in Oti's dance class - and lots of feelings, too. Meet Fikile in her sparkly new shoes and Naira who is SUPER excited to get started! Gan is feeling a little worried about joining in whilst Martin can't wait to show his parents what he can do! But in the middle of their dance routine, an unexpected visitor disrupts the class. Not to fear, Oti is here! Soon they are back on track, getting ready for the performance of their lives.

Written by Strictly Come Dancing superstar Oti Mabuse, this debut picture book will dance into the hands of families who have loved watching Oti on-screen. It celebrates dance, movement and expressing your feelings - as well as teaching a short, simple 10-step dance routine.

Watch a step-by-step dance tutorial and listen to "The Bird Jive" when you scan the QR code in the book!

Reviews
My little ones age 3 and 4, liked all the pictures of the children at the beginning. Showing lots of different kids like their friends at school and nursery. Overall would definitely recommend, beautiful pictures and kept my kids entertained though out. -- Parent * Toppsta *
It's a lovely story, very relatable, teaches children great values like helping each other and not giving up. And the pictures are happy and colourful. Everything about it makes you feel good. -- Parent * Toppsta *
My daughter loved going down the line of children and getting to know each of their names. It's brilliantly diverse which celebrates a great community and that dancing is open to everyone. We also talked about each child's emotions from their facial expressions an body languages so it offered great discussion. [...] We hope to see a series of these books with a variety of dances. -- Parent * Toppsta *
Oti starts off her dance class with a warm up and this is something children (and adults) reading can join in with as well. The warm up page has very clear images and instructions of what to do and what comes next. This is a great way for getting children up and moving while not even really realising. Of course, it looks like loads of fun as well. * Me, Him, the Dog and a Baby Blog *

This was my first time ordering from SciFier but it definitely won't be my last. When it comes to buying books online the packaging needs to be good, SciFier were great they used bubble wrap to make sure they arrived perfect. Amazing range of books that majority are lower priced than most book retailers. Wonderful service, I'll definitely be recommending to everyone. Thank you.
