It is one thousand years in the future. The entire world has become divided into three tyrannical police-state nuclear superpowers, collectively known as the NWO (New World Order), each controlled by power-hungry world leaders from the past: Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, and Tony Blair - all resurrected using cryopreservation!

As the world faces almost certain destruction from a thermo-nuclear war, with each leader vying to become the supreme ruler and the ever-growing threat of robots taking over the world, not to mention the outbreak of a deadly virus and other scientific calamities, can the outlawed rebel leader, Ivor Jefferies and his fellow Welsh comrades, put an end to the tyranny of the NWO and regain the democratic freedoms their ancestors once enjoyed?

If they are to succeed, they must first break into the European Federation's highly secure scientific laboratory for cryogenics, located on the outskirts of District 1 (former Brussels), and bring the eloquent former Welsh Labour Leader Neil Kinnock back to life - surely he must be able to talk sense into the three despotic leaders and bring about a fair and democratic way of life once more?
