About the Author
Kazune Kawahara made her manga debut in 1991 with His Favorite Person. In 1996, after publishing several one-shots, she began her next series, Sensei! (Teacher!), which was adapted into a live-action movie in 2017. In 2003, she launched the critically acclaimed High School Debut, followed by Aozora Yell (Blue Sky Yell) in 2008. High School Debut was made into a live-action movie in 2011. In 2013, her series My Love Story!! ranked first in Takarahimasha publishing's This Manga Is Great! competition (josei category) and won Kodansha's 37th Manga Award (shojo category). In 2015, My Love Story!! was made into a TV anime and a live-action movie.
